Beef soba noodle salad
For 2 people. Cut 200 g of flank steak into strips. Prepare a sauce containing 2 tbsp. at s. salted soy sauce, 2 tbsp. c. nuoc-mâm sauce, 2 tbsp. c. honey and grated ginger. Reserve half of the sauce for serving and marinate the meat in the second half. Cut a few raw vegetables of your choice (e.g. diced peppers, sliced ​​onions, grated carrots). Cook soba noodles according to package directions. Quickly grill the pieces of beef. Mix noodles with meat and vegetables. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with the remaining sauce.

Beef steak with salsa sauce
Dice 2 tomatoes and 1 red onion. Mix the ingredients with a little lemon juice, parsley and a pinch of salt. Cook 2 beef steaks to taste. Serve with the salsa sauce, as well as some grilled potatoes and vegetables.

Turkey meatballs with yogurt sauce
Mix 300 g of minced turkey fillet with 1 chopped onion and 1 clove of garlic, 1 tbsp. at s. olive oil, parsley, thyme and salt. Form meatballs by hand. Bake them in the oven for 15 minutes at 210°C. Serve the meatballs with a yoghurt, lemon and chive sauce.

Grilled chicken with herbs
Squeeze the juice of a lemon, add 1 grated clove of garlic, thyme, bay leaf and a little salt. Marinate chicken breasts for 30 minutes in this mixture. Then cook the chicken in a pan or on a grill for 3 to 4 minutes per side depending on the size of the pieces.

Beef balls
Cut very small from 1 onion and press 1 clove of garlic. Mix 250 g ground beef 5% fat with 1 tbsp. at s. mustard, 1 tbsp. c. paprika, 1 tbsp. c. breadcrumbs, garlic, onion and chives. Mix and form balls by hand. Then grill the meatballs with 1 tbsp. neutral oil. It is possible to serve them with a mixture of pasta and grilled vegetables, accompanied by a tomato and basil sauce.

Chicken curry
Cut 4 chicken fillets into pieces. Peel and chop 1 onion. Finely dice 1 bell pepper. Brown the chicken in a skillet with 1 tbsp. at s. of oil before adding the vegetables to brown them quickly. Then lower the heat and add 10 cl of light coconut milk. Let the dish simmer for a few minutes. Serve with basmati rice and cilantro.

Bovine Tartar
For 2 people. Mix in a salad bowl 400 g ground beef 5% fat with 4 tbsp. at s. ketchup, 2 tbsp. at s. of Worcestershire sauce, 1 minced onion, 1 tbsp. at s. mustard, 1 tbsp. at s. of capers, 3 drops of Tabasco, salt and pepper. Then arrange the tartars in a ramekin to form them. Unmold and serve with grilled vegetables.

light chili
Peel and chop 2 onions. Cut 1 bell pepper into small dice. Brown 400 g of ground beef in a casserole dish before removing the meat. Brown the vegetables instead with 1 tbsp. at s. of olive oil before adding the meat. Then add 1 can of 250 g of red beans, 25 cl of tomato coulis, 1 tbsp. c. of Tabasco and a little cumin and oregano. Let simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. 5 min before the end of cooking, add a small can of corn.
