Inspired by Mediterranean cuisine every day

I grew up in a family passionate about mediterranean cuisine (Moroccan, Spanish and Portuguese) with whom I got into the habit of cooking a wide variety of dishes. This passion was transmitted to me by my grandmothers, my mother and my father who is a pizza maker. It’s this kitchen that inspires me every day “, shares Valentine.

Convinced that cooking is an integral part of our well-being, Valentine began sharing her recipes on the web for the first time in May 2021. ” I remember a subscriber’s comment on my first Tatin tartlet recipe saying that this video was going to change my life. He was right “, shares the influencer in her book.

If Valentine was keen to share recipes that were both gourmet and light, it’s because she too went through a period in which she sought to lose weight.
